WakLoco is not responsible for product defects, delays, refunds, or legal compliance of sellers. The Platform’s role is limited to providing online access.
Our Mission:
Enable micro and small businesses to sell online with zero payment gateway complexity, keeping ownership and accountability directly with the seller.
Nature of the Platform:
The Platform is an intermediary connecting Shoppers and Customers.
The Platform does not own, sell, or control the products listed.
All orders, COD payments, deliveries, and pickups are handled directly between Seller and Customer.
Seller Responsibilities:
Provide accurate product details (title, description, price, warranty).
Ensure products are genuine, legal, and comply with Indian law.
Handle delivery, customer support, and refunds directly.
Comply with all applicable GST, licenses, and tax laws.
Customer Responsibilities:
Review product details before purchase.
COD/pickup payments are between Customer and Seller only.
Resolve disputes directly with the Seller.
What We Don’t Do:
We don’t hold vendor/Customer money.
We don’t own or control the products.
We don’t charge for imaginary services.
