You choose the hours when WakeBlock should stay active. During that time, the app keeps the blocking flow visible while still allowing access to selected apps if needed. To unlock, you can use your configured QR code or NFC tag.

Privacy
WakeBlock does not require an account for its core features. Most settings are stored locally on your device, such as your block schedule, allowed apps, selected language, and QR/NFC unlock configuration.

Permissions
WakeBlock may use:

Camera for scanning QR codes
NFC for reading and validating WakeBlock tags
Accessibility Service to keep the blocking flow active during selected hours
Installed apps / package visibility so you can choose which apps remain available
Alarms and boot events to restore schedules reliably after restart or time changes
