2025-01-22	Ja*****	I booked a ticket on 20 January 2024 by taag Airlines. I called wakanow customer care to keep the ticket open. Right now, I want to use that ticket, and wakanow told me that the ticket is invalid because they want to claim my money when I called taag airline, they informed me that I requested a refund. I didn't request a refund. They don't want to take responsibility for their actions.. stay away from WAKANOW, They don't respond to calls when you call they will leave your phone ringing forever.
