Poor customer service and lack of responsive support channels, as well as no chat function.
App navigation issues such as lack of home/back buttons, no recipe search, and poor voucher browsing interface (horizontal swipe vs vertical).
Ordering system issues: difficulty booking delivery/collection slots, delays and cancellations without proper communication.
Bugs connecting physical loyalty cards to the app, causing freezing and frustration.

Recent reviews

I like the shopping, not the tracking. Great for instore shopping /scanning and checkout, less good that the app is sending thousands of tracking requests from my phone to 3rd party organisations, and potentially sharing emails and all sorts of other info. Waitrose don't make this info available, and no options to turn off tracking in the app. Do better waitrose
