The app is very slow and has multiple glitches.
Issues with live tracking of deliveries.

I generally have at least 20 food orders every month, but I was never an active user of this app because of its lack of live tracking functionality. You never knew when the rider was arriving or where he was. My last order, ride asked me for extra Rs. 150 saying head office asked to charge extra. I did call Support and they assured me it'll be looked into. One month in, I don't see 150 in my wallet. If they don't respect my 150 today, they won't respect my 2,500 tomorrow; hence deleting the app

There are many things found missing in order delivered through WahFood and weight of the item is also less than the original quantity.WahFood's rider always delivers the order very late instead of stipulated time.Most common thing is that WahFood rider tries his best to get a tip from the customer even though the delivery charges got deducted in the each order. In this era of inflation,middle class customers cannot afford a tip on every order. So the rider needs to be instructed in this matter.

I find it okayish app. You guys could do some improvements with doing few updates with the app such as cancelling order, pay through card. Also when I scroll down and tap on a restaurant the app scrolls up and I have to scroll down again. Other than this, this app and its delivery services falls between average and good.
