• Live bus tracking — A heads-up and ETA when the Waggin' Wagon is on its way for pickup or drop-off.

• Notifications you control — Toggle reminders, photo alerts, promotions, and messages in Account → Notifications.

• In-app messaging — Message the team about pickup timing, special instructions, or anything your pup needs.

• Dog profiles — Add your dog's photo, breed, and notes, and we will remember them for every trip.
