WabaCRM is a shared team inbox and contact manager for businesses that talk to customers on the WhatsApp Business Platform.

Your team works one inbox instead of passing a phone around. Every conversation and every contact lives in one shared history, so nobody loses a customer because the person holding the handset was asleep.

In this Android app

• Shared team inbox — your workspace's conversations, with new messages and delivery receipts arriving live, the 24-hour reply window shown on each chat, and an unread badge on the tab.
• Replies — free-text inside the window and approved templates outside it, quick replies with /shortcuts, reply-to-a-message, and photos, voice notes and documents shown in the thread.
• Teamwork — assign a conversation to a teammate, mark it resolved or pending, and see who sent what, including replies sent from WhatsApp on the phone.
• Contacts — search your workspace's contacts, open a contact and start a conversation.
• Overview — messages sent, delivery and read rates, and recent activity.
• Account — your profile, workspace details and sign-out.

Campaign scheduling, the message-template builder and Meta template submission, connecting and managing business numbers, team permissions, departments, the media library, billing and the CSV contact importer are managed on the website. This app is the day-to-day inbox for a workspace that has already been set up there.

How it works

You connect your own WhatsApp Business Account and your own business number through Meta's official WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API). Message charges stay between you and Meta — we never resell them. A number already live in the WhatsApp Business app can keep running on the phone and mirror into WabaCRM.

Pricing

The free plan covers up to 1,000 contacts, with no trial period and no card. Above that it is ₹96 per 1,000 contacts per month. Every plan includes unlimited team members — you are never charged per agent.

A WabaCRM account is required to sign in. Accounts are created on our website.
