The Today view shows current progress and what remains, while Insights keeps daily totals, streaks, weekly rhythm, and editable entries easy to review.

Everything works offline with local storage. Preferences let you switch units, tune reminder wording, choose a week start, manage favorite amounts, export your JSON backup, import it later, or reset the ledger when you want a fresh start. Sipzen keeps hydration tracking practical, private, and ready whenever you need it.
