The Verizon Care Smart Chrome extension enables users to activate and manage Care Smart features on eligible Samsung Galaxy Watch (Wear OS), Google Pixel Watch (Wear OS), and Apple Watch models connected through a Verizon plan. It facilitates access to the Get Help - Professional Monitoring service, which provides 24/7 emergency assistance when the Get Help button is pressed or a fall is detected. Agents can notify emergency services and involve trusted contacts to ensure user safety. The extension also offers quick shortcuts via the Care Smart Tile and Complication for immediate support. Note that Verizon Care Smart Watch can communicate with Trust Circle contacts but does not support Get Help services. This extension complements Verizon MyPlan SmartWatch Data and Safety Perk subscriptions for eligible users.

Recent reviews

Was working great until the newest update. The map scale keeps changing. It starts at 400 miles on the scale, then I tap the screen to zoom in, and it zooms to 200 miles, 4000 miles, 1 mile, 400 feet, and the only way to get a zoom in that is usefull is opening it in mapview. It's not good when you need a fast location.

Doesn't work at all. I installed it on my Galaxy S24 Ultra and my watch. I set it up on my watch but it says to finish setup on the phone. The app opens but won't get past the booting screen. No matter if I uninstall it and reinstall it or force stop and restart. Update @Verizon: No "join beta" option available
