2024-11-28	Dr*****	The GPS is pretty handy. Although it was shutting off and on or "lost power" randomly. Unfortunately, I don't have any services with them anymore cause I can't get ahold of anyone. The tech services suck so bad, and doing the "ticket" system to let them know to give you a call back is pointless cause it's been almost 7 months with no response. My advice is to use a different gps service that tracks in real time.

Before Vyncs, I used tried two other competing products bouncie and another that charged me anywhere from $8 -$20 per month with just location and trip. With Vyncs I have so much extra and at 1/2 to 1/3 price. It has the best value for the buck.

2024-09-26	A *****	I have 30 of these to manage my fleet and they give me peace of mind. I have been using Vyncs for the last 6 years and it has never failed me. The price is extremely reasonable for fleet monitoring. The new version is on my phone. Love the new features.

2024-09-26	Ru*****	I have been using Vyncs for five years now. It keeps track of my daughter and grandma. I know exactly where they are with a single click. The app is so nice and elegant. I use the fuel savings features a lot. It shows a notification every time I fill up my tank. There are numerous other features that are very useful. It is awesome and every family should have a Vyncs device in their cars

2024-09-14	Ma*****	It's been a four+ year decline. Used this service for a nanny, now getting ready for a teen driver. The interface never got more usable, connection issues persisted. I would laugh and then fume at speed alerts for a car parked in the driveway, or see an absence of trips for a car I had driven for hours. The 3g modules died (had to buy new ones), expired account can't be reset online, reminders every 10 minutes to rate the app (bad idea). Bouncie will cost more, but will at least work.

2024-09-04	Ja*****	I ordered two of these but they never worked. I contacted customer services and did the process they told me to and restarted it a few times but still nothing. There was also a(n) activation fee to get it to start after you buy it ( which if I can remember correctly cost more than the device ). The worst part was I couldn't even get a refund after all of that.

2024-07-19	Ad*****	BEWARE OF THIS PURCHASE! I purchased 2 of these devices for my kid's cars. They worked great at first. After about 6 months, they would only send speeding alerts randomly. I would check the map and see many that weren't sent. Furthermore, apparently the initial fee I paid, was only for a year(didn't read that when I purchased), and if you do not renew within 10 days, the device can no longer be used, even with renewal, and you now have to spend more on new devices. In short, THIS IS A SCAM!!
