0 stars. The app has 'unfortunately..encountered a problem' and asks me to try again later...

Horrible, can't log in. I try to reset the password but even that is not working

STILL UTTER RUBBISH. I was hopeful that the new version would be better. Still can't access saved visitors. Can't send vouchers because I can't type in a name and it won't allow me to type in a name. Why does it need a name anyway? Can't book a session from a different time zone that is ahead of the UK because it takes the time from the phone. E.g. Booking a session at 08:30 to start at 09:00 from France where it is 09:30. WARNING! I have had a PCN before because of this.

The 'send voucher' section, which could be useful, doesn't work. The name field in this section doesn't allow you to fill it in and without a name it won't send to the email address, which field it does allow you to fill in. Annoying. Badly coded and badly tested and badly supported.

Why is this so awful? It won't let me in. It won't accept my password. It says I have no visitor's permits and I have. I can't activate them. This is not acceptable. I'm only giving it one star because there isn't a no-star option

The app doesn't work at all now to buy or activate vouchers. I'm sure using this as a reason as to why a permit hasn't been bought won't fly. Useless.

Absolutely useless. You can pay but not book a space. Parking restrictions start at 9am but help line not open until 9am. So potentially you can get a fine while on the phone waiting or talking to sort THEIR problem out. There is absolutely no way around this. They can take your money & then fine you all at the same time. At best it's a con & worst fraud.

Horrible app. Lewisham needs to understand they lack the necessary skill to deploy an app themselves. Go back to Ringo or a better built app.

it's terrible, it only works now and again. the web page is no easier to use for purchasing vouchers. it makes it very stressful for people with disabilities

This is the single worst app I have ever used. Glitches continuously, vouchers dissapear, currently can't even get in. For something so important it's a joke Lewisham is using this. Can't wait until my guests get a ticket because there's no alternative.
