2024-12-23	Ch*****	Many channels don't load yet advertised as being offered. All you get is error codes for some. Submitted tickets & still waiting for responses. Lately, app only works on mobile device not connected through wifi. Not sure what's going on. Turned on mobile wifi, same issue as TV, error codes. Turn off mobile wifi, channels work but not all. Very frustrating.

2024-09-30	Fa*****	Terrible, tried to setup on a on TV ,spent all of friday and the weekend with it not working Customer support does not work on the weekend, then after many tries I Got my OTP to work only to be locked out of my account then i finally decided to delete my account then on Monday support started to sent me a log in prompt to my account, got in only to find out the one and only news channel i watch constantly freezes up and pixels out and very bad satellite feed for sure, no i DO NOT RECCOMEND THEM

2023-02-07	Ro*****	App Constantly freezes customer service is terrible. Can't get anyone on the phone and they won't answer emails either. We live on the east coast time zone is set for Midwest on there app. Can't get anyone to tell us why and there is no way to change it. That's probably why it freezes and does a play back era.

2022-11-18	Ri*****	Great idea, but am sick of the interrupted streaming and repeating of bits and pieces. I have the fastest internet connection available, so that isn't the problem. It seems to happen most during conservative news shows whenever an important point is being made. Either that, or the frame freezes and then goes to error. If I don't see a big improvement in technical quality soon, I will need to cancel the service out of frustration.

2022-02-27	Br*****	Android 11 OP6T (only tested with 4G capable of +20MB/S) T-Mobile. We really need an alternative to DirecTV! Unfortunately, This app is unusable. Peak bandwidth will not exceed 400 KB/S causing the channel to pause and buffer every 10 seconds. Some channels are not playing what the guide says is scheduled, but even if it was.. it's unwatchable due to the capped data. There are no available Quality/Speed settings in the app to tweak. I will be a lifetime customer if these issues are addressed.

2022-02-26	Ti*****	It works on firestick and Firetv. You just have to know how to download the .apk file. It works great and for the price, I like the programming choices. I left Directv and At&t and I'm not looking back.
