Features & Capabilities

Hello Scoot' offers convenient scooter and car rentals in Tahiti and Moorea. With just a few clicks on the app, users can book, unlock, and pay only for the time they ride. The service includes electric scooters equipped with helmets stored in the topcase, insurance, parking assistance, and energy costs—all covered in the transparent fees. New users enjoy a complimentary first trip using code ANDROID2024HS, credited with 500F.

The app streamlines the rental experience and provides multiple parking spots within Papeete's home zone, while ensuring adherence to local traffic laws. Eligibility requires a valid driving license and credit card; car rentals have additional age and experience restrictions. Hello Scoot' prioritizes safety and fleet security through insurance, dedicated support teams, and advanced onboard technology, collaborating with local public services to enhance road safety.

Recent reviews

It's so comfortable to use those scooters. They are always around and well maintained. Helmets are always there as well. Never had a problem with lock and unlock even when no Internet available. I think I have discovered the whole island with Hello Scoot. Thank you.
