Horrible service. Very unreliable. They charge you in every possible way and at different steps send you few pages to read in which they say they take no responsibility for anything, even battery level! So after you spend a lot of time for booking and locating the car and checking for damages etc. you may end up with a discharged car!

I don't recommend. Long term user here. I can't complain about the app. I've booked dozens trips. I don't recommend their service anymore though. I booked a car for 4 weeks and my plans changed and I returned the car 3 weeks earlier but they still charged my credit card the amount for the 4 weeks. I contacted them assuming it was a mistake but they confirmed that this is how it works. I don't think there is many industries out there where it is ok to charge for a service the user never got.
