IOE is a dedicated iOS application designed to help users prepare for the official IOE Online English contest, an esteemed competition supported by VTC Online and the Ministry of Education and Training since 2010. The app provides a rich set of self-study tests synchronized directly with the official IOE website (ioe.go.vn) and aligned with the elementary, middle, and high school English curricula prescribed by the Ministry of Education and Training.

With over 10 million participants nationwide, IOE fosters an engaging environment for students to enhance their English proficiency through thousands of questions carefully tailored to match school textbook content. This mobile application extends learning accessibility for IOE members and supports the continual improvement of English skills through convenient on-the-go practice.
