Hiris

Hiris is the student app for tracking your gym workouts in a simple and practical way.

With it, you have access to the workout created by your instructor directly on your phone: see the day's exercises, organized by blocks and muscle groups, with sets, repetitions, and weights — all automatically updated whenever your workout is renewed.

MAIN FEATURES

• Workout of the day: view your complete workout, organized by blocks and muscle groups.

• Details of each exercise: sets, repetitions, weights, and instructions from your instructor.

• Execution log: mark exercises as you perform them and finish the workout when completed.

• Workout history: track your frequency and progress over time.

• Plans: check your active plan, validity, and status directly in the app.

• Quick and secure access: enter your CPF (Brazilian tax ID), confirm via email, and have everything synchronized with the gym.

WHO IS HIRIS FOR?

Hiris is intended for students of VSGOLD gyms. Your app registration is created based on the data you already have with the gym: simply enter your registered CPF (Brazilian tax identification number), confirm via email, and start training with more organization and focus.
