2022-09-28	al*****	Best customer service. I have an issue with a merchant about the voucher and I dropped an email to voucherskout. They are very prompt and accurate. I got a response from Mr. Joel who gave me a clarity about the issues and solved very quickly. That's my experience and I recommend this app to everyone.

The working appears complex, but once you understand, it goes off smoothly. Working experience was good with no hiccups. The Customer Service support is handy. It is, however, suggested to have wider diversity of Outlets and Shopping Categories. More options on Groceries or Electronics will make it more lucrative.

Personally I believe there are many better options for discount and offers especially in UAE market. PS: I got call from their customer service after the review, which is really nice and unlike any other competitor. I am changing my review as it was posted in anger.
