2024-12-19	A *****	It has lost its luster since Victoria isn't handling customer service herself anymore. Kate is so annoying and impossible to communicate with. Now it's so commercialized. All the good coaches are at premium prices. Its cheaper to take in person lessons, especially since 15 minutes of each class is stretching instead of coaching.
