User Reviews

Most users praise Vstro Player for reliable playback and streaming, with several calling it the best app for streaming and noting good Android TV support. However, multiple reviews report the app failing to start or crashing on Android devices (especially Android 14), along with concerns about video quality and codec compatibility. There are also calls for enhancement, including multiscreen support and external player options. Overall, satisfaction is high but stability and feature gaps are common themes.

Pros

Reliable playback and generally solid performance across devices
Strong streaming capabilities; many reviews call it the best app for streaming
Works on Android TV
Highly positive reception (users describe it as the best / love the app)

Cons

App won’t start or crashes on Android (notably Android 14) and is not consistently usable on some devices
Video quality and codec compatibility are inconsistent; ExoPlayer/ijk support is unstable
Requests for more playback options and multiscreen/external-player support (e.g., Exo/ijk) indicate missing features
