This is an app that manages the defect reception and processing results that occurred during the defect repair period for buildings constructed by construction companies.
Its main functions and convenience are
1. Real-time sharing of defect reception and processing status through mobile
- Real-time confirmation of defect reception contents on mobile by linking with defect reception contents of ERP defect management system
- Defect processing is possible according to authority of construction company employee/partner manager/partner engineer (search by partner company contract work type)
2. Enhanced collaboration function with construction company
- Work can be checked on the reservation date through reservation function with customer
- If the defect reception case is not a defect case of our partner company, transfer of work type can be requested
- After completing the defect reception processing, share the processing results by registering the action photos and customer signature in real time on mobile
3. Enhanced convenience
- Easy login through biometric information (fingerprint recognition) when logging in
- Easy membership application and approval process for partner company engineers
