am a Premium subscriber, and this has been one of the worst software experiences I've had I spent hours scanning important legal documents. The software suddenly crashed, disconnected from my computer, and corrupted 3 files during the transfer Only 219 out of 222 files were uploaded successfully. I contacted customer support expecting a recovery solution. Instead, I was told that page replacement and page reordering are not supported, and the only suggestion was to start scanning from beginning

I don't mind the couple of months' subscription fees I've paid, it's the hours I've spent trying to get this app to work as advertised. If the scanner doesn't make twisted, messed up images, I just get a folder full of page scans undergoing a processing that will never finish. The little green circles just spin and spin. Sometimes, if I reinstall the app, I can get a few pages successfully scanned and ocr'd, but the next batch is back to spinning green circles. Scan to PC has no ocr option?

Got photos of a textbook, tried to save the text, and ... a subscription was required. Why isn't there an option to block subscription sht on play store? Uninstalling for good.
