purchased a ticket with mytoptour and voxcity. didnt get ticket from voxcity, they said : "you are right, but services have been stopped, your agency is submitting booking even though it is unavailable, please contact them, and to enjoy the experience, what you can do now is just go to museum directly and get tickets on site, later you can apply for refund". later mytoptour issued the ticket after contacting voxcity. later mytoptour contacted them and got my ticket and sent to me. Ridiculous.
