I bought three of them because I have three diesel vehicles, and they are a pain on the neck to program, and once programmed, they keep disconnecting from my wifi network. I don't know what is the deal with them but my wireless router is about 35 feet from them and they still disconnect, and the worst part is that when they disconnect they forget their schedule. What's the point of having these plugs if you don't really know if they are working as scheduled. I hate them!!!

2020-12-20	Ch*****	Very rudimentary. Doesn't work well below -35c. You have to reset the timer every time you plug in. Very frustrating with two vehicles as the person plugging in gets both vehicles on their app. App useless so we both uninstalled it. If you have multiple users and plugs don't install app. You'll just be super frustrated.

2020-11-07	Br*****	The app is very different then it's described and shown on the voltsafe website. it needs to have the ability to set multiple on/ off times and their durations. currently it only allows 1 start time, with no info for how long it will remain on (it's possible that I am using it wrong, but the app also has no info to instruct usage). And everytime I turn on the app it asks to connect device. If the app looked and worked like it is described on the website it would be a easy 5 star, but as it is now I don't even know if it's working.
