2024-03-08	su*****	Worst app and customer service. I took my Tata Nexon.ev car at their charging point and initially asked for app ultimately for payment to recharge the wallet. After doing everything still it was showing the charger is not connected. The customer executive couldn't do anything to bring that charging point's server online. I was standing there in the heat for 1 hour, doing as the executive told me turn off the main switch and then restarting it yet nothing happened. The money in my wallet is waste
