We stole the colored-wheel from Reflex Needle to stimulate your reflexes in another way.
In this game, you have to pay attention to the wheel color.
It's blue? Tap on the left of the screen.
It's orange? Tap on the right.
For each level there is a sequence that you have to pass perfectly within the allotted time to reach the next level.
