2025-01-19	Br*****	Bad app. Bad customer service. It's hard to get in contact with representative. Website does not allow you to check, only the app does but app constantly does not work. It glitched out when I tried to purchase tickets. I called & they wanted to charge me 110 dollars more cuz representative was reserving my ticket. Tried to check-in and app once again didn't work. Called. Hung up 3 times on me. Got in contact with employee and said they would charge me a fee to check me in. Bad App and employees.

2025-01-12	Ja*****	This app is so unreliable. Crashes half the time. Does not save passport info, EVER. I fly between the US and MX about every 60 days with this airline and it's always the same BS. Trying to check in to a flight right now, in a car, at night, and it keeps trying to force me to scan the passport. I am unable to manually input my info, and as such, cannot check in. Volaris continues to struggle with the absolute basics of UX and customer service.

2025-01-03	Ja*****	Tried to check in to go home, and it refuses to scan my ID. It's an annoying experience having to be forced to put in my information through my phone camera instead of typing it out like every other places gives you the option to do. The app needs fixing, not the people working here.

2024-10-21	Jo*****	It is ridiculous that it will not allow you to add the passport information bu hand, you have to scan it and the app will not work to scan! I tried it with two different phones, and there is no way to do it on the website, it has to be done in the pohone app! Sorry bit it is so frustrating everytime, I will not fly in volaris anymore!

2024-10-08	Jo*****	Unable to check in on multiple trips due to "Unexpected server error". once this happens then it won't let you check in at the airport kiosk or it finally lets you check in but doesn't issue a boarding pass Pain in the butt having to wait in line for more than an hour each time to finally check in.

2024-09-28	Ev*****	Do not waste your time with the app. I went online to check in, directed to download the app. There is no longer an option to check in through their website. The app just does not work properly. The camera to scan the passport just does not do a good job. No option to add the passport information manually either. It's a waste of time.

2024-09-13	Sa*****	I received an error messages at the last step before check-in. I am very dissatisfied that the app is the only way to check in. The app is not user friendly and there are often times errors on personal information that can not be edited. Having customers scan their passport as part of the check in process presented many challenges for my mother traveling from Mexico to the US.

2024-09-11	Ma*****	There is no way you can do your check-in manually. It feels like this company just want you to pay for that "printing boarding pass fee" that you should get in their app. I tired twice in a round trip it took me over 30 minutes get one electric boarding pass it's taking me a lot more for the second one.

2023-12-13	Vi*****	Terrible app that, if it doesn't crash, tells you every time you enter that there was a server error. Then when you search your flight, there's no way to save it so it's useless because it expects you to remember you reservation number every time you want to look at your flight. Why aren't flights linked to the account that purchased them? When I search one of my reservations it says it doesn't exist

I have to open and close the app MULTIPLE times just to see my flight intineray, once I pass that stage...to make edits on my flight (change sear, add luggage,etc) I have to keep closing and open the app until it stops crashing and lets me make the changes I want. It's a very tedious process just to get my boarding pass and change seats etc. This ALWAYS happens.
