I have an account here, I was logged out by the app I tried logging in but it's says my credentials are incorrect I tried changing password it says user not found with my email oh then again I tried creating again it said users already exist I am tired

I noticed a bug in the newest update. I can't upload my profile picture in the app. I deleted the old pic and tried uploading a new picture and it hasn't been working for a week now. Please kindly fix it. Thank you.
