Voice Goof!

Voice Goof! lets you hear any text spoken in a cloned voice — entirely on your device, with no internet connection required.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Record a short voice sample of the person whose voice you want to clone.
2. Type what you want the voice to say (up to 100 characters).
3. Optionally, let the on-device AI rewrite your text in a chosen tone — Goofy, Dramatic, Romantic, Mysterious, Sarcastic, and more than a dozen other styles.
4. Tap Generate. The app synthesizes speech that matches the cloned voice using on-device AI models.
5. Replay, rename, and save your generations in your personal voice library.

100% OFFLINE AI

All AI processing runs locally on your device using Google Gemma 4 (on-device language model) and NeuTTS-Air (on-device voice synthesis). No audio, text, or personal data is ever transmitted to external servers or processed in the cloud.

PRIVATE & SECURE

Voice recordings are biometric data. Voice Goof! encrypts all recordings at rest using AES-256-GCM with a key stored in the device's secure enclave (iOS Keychain / Android Keystore). Data is automatically deleted after 30 consecutive days of inactivity. You can erase all data immediately at any time via "Delete All of My Data" in Settings.

TRANSPARENT AI

Every audio file generated by Voice Goof! carries an embedded digital watermark that identifies it as AI-generated content, promoting transparency and responsible use.

Do not use this application to deceive, defame, impersonate, or misrepresent any individual. Refer to the End-User License Agreement and Content Sharing Terms presented at first launch for your full obligations.

PRIVACY COMPLIANCE

• GDPR (European Economic Area): Voice recordings are special-category biometric data under Article 9 and are processed exclusively on-device with no external transmission.
• CCPA/CPRA (California): The right to deletion is exercisable at any time via "Delete All of My Data" in Settings.
• BIPA (Illinois): Voice data is a biometric identifier. A written release under BIPA § 15(b) is obtained at first launch.

• Google Gemma 4 E2B — on-device language model. Subject to the Google Gemma Terms of Use (ai.google.dev/gemma/terms).
