Horrible customer service. can't reach anyone.

Very Bad. I was told that I would not be charged for first month's service for 30 days as that it the waiting time I need to get marketing in place with the new phone number. My credit card was charged on the very next day. Now I have to spend valuable business time to deal with customer service. Don't use this company.
