2025-01-25	Ez*****	Visited Vishal megamart padrauna store and experienced fraudlant activities by billing person. He asked me otp for loyalty points redemption and after that told me points will be refunded within 24 hours. But never credited back. I have raised this issue with Vishal megamart through multiple channels but got no response. I think they should hire more genuine employees also don't need to provide loyalty points if vishal is not loyal with their customers itself.
