OrbixShift

OrbixShift brings you a strategic puzzle experience where your goal is to move colored balls into their corresponding slots within a restricted space. Set inside enclosed grid-based rooms, the game requires careful planning and spatial reasoning.

You interact with the game by swiping a ball up, down, left, or right. Once pushed, the ball continues rolling until it hits a wall, a boundary, or another ball. A ball is only considered correctly placed when it rests directly on top of a slot with the matching color. The puzzle is solved when all balls are placed in their respective slots at the same time.

While the rules sound simple, the complexity grows as you progress. OrbixShift features 70 handcrafted rooms with a smooth difficulty curve. It starts with simple 3x4 grids and two balls to teach you the mechanics, eventually scaling up to 7x7 rooms with five balls and various types of mechanisms. You will encounter obstacles such as walls that block movement, one-way doors that restrict the direction of travel, and teleporters that instantly move a ball to another location.

To extend the replayability, OrbixShift includes a powerful procedural generation system. You can create custom levels by entering a seed value, which determines the room size, the number of balls, and the types of mechanisms included. Every generated puzzle is guaranteed to be solvable. These custom puzzles can easily be shared with others by providing them with the seed string.

All your progress, including unlocked levels, the minimum number of moves taken for each room, and your saved custom seeds, is securely stored locally on your device.
