Recent reviews

I purchased two tickets through Vivid Seats for Ali Siddiq at the Majestic Theatre in San Antonio. After receiving the tickets, I saw another person’s name printed on them and noticed the face value was $60 per ticket, or $120 total. My credit card was charged $347.48. I believe the markup and fees were not clearly explained before purchase. When I requested a refund or cancellation, I was told there would be no refund and that I would have to resell the tickets myself.

Bought tickets for a Braves game on July 4th and was unable to receive the tickets on my phone. The email was sent to open Vivid Seats App and the tickets were in the history, but I was unable to open the app from the email. There is no phone number to call for Customer NO-SUPPORT and I couldn't even get into the CHAT with agent.
