I've used this app for about 4 years. I love a lot of things about it, but over the last year, I don't get notifications anymore, which is a big deal after hours. Also, sometimes when I reply to a message, it doesn't go through. It just disappears. So I have to retype it and resend. I don't know when this happens, because it makes it look like it sent a message but then when I exit the app and get back in, the message is gone.

I use this app daily at work at my hospital. My one complaint is unlike the web version I can't save new numbers as client contacts in this mobile app.
