2024-01-31	He*****	Great app when it works. Part of the time, Bluetooth says connected but does nothing when I attempt to use both the dpad and track pad. I restarted my phone, restarted the app, turned Bluetooth off for 30 seconds and retried. No luck. This happened only on the newest version of this app. When I had "Viture app" from a few updates ago, this issue never occurred. For reference, I am using a Google Pixel 7. Please look into this. Thank you!

Cons: The Firmware section of the app doesn't display my neckband's current firmware version. It doesn't have a way to update the firmware (as far as I can tell). The Settings menus is only for the settings of the app. I'd prefer to have the option to change the neckband's settings from within the app. For instance, turning on/off the USB Host...
