I ordered the app on the 21.11.2015 lifetime subscription and now is asking for money again!

My son loves this app but lately it's become unusable. Returning from the missions videos invariably locks the solar system display and requires a storage reset. This is on multiple devices from multiple manufacturers. This is a paid-for app with premium content. If it's not fit for purpose any more, then it shouldn't be on the app store, and owners should be offered a better update path to the newer version than a partial discount.
