States

"States" is a game about creating and conquering territories. It’s about defending yourself, resisting challenges, achieving triumph, or facing defeat—it all depends on you!
But creating a state and conquering others isn’t that simple. You need a strong economy and a defense ministry to enable you to battle and conquer new lands. Building a strong economy isn’t too difficult—you just need enough factories and schools to balance highly qualified and less qualified labor. And don’t forget housing; your population needs a place to live. But don’t overbuild—everything should stay in balance!
Once you're ready, and you see that everyone wants a piece of your territory, you must take action and prepare for battle. The battles will be tough, but as long as you have land, you should fight—fight until the very last piece! But don’t forget about your people, factories, and schools. Losing them could cause serious problems in the fight, as each war is a huge drain on resources.
Don’t worry; your friends can play with you—and even better, they can play on the same state! Setting up multiplayer for "States" may not be entirely straightforward, but it’s not too hard either. Alongside the Android game and web version, you can also download a server for the game or access it on my GitHub if you want to run it on your mobile device or a third-party web service. Playing with friends is always more exciting, as no one knows what they’ll do—maybe they’re a fan of blitzkrieg, or maybe they’re ready to form an alliance. Just make sure they’re not hiding a knife behind their back!
Why not? The game isn’t too demanding on your device and doesn’t require any new APIs—just good old WebGL 2 and a basic CPU, the same for mobile. As for controls, they’re simple: on PC, it’s mouse and keyboard (WASD or arrow keys); on mobile, just swipe in the direction you want to go, and your pawn will move. Now, I’ll stop talking, and you should start playing!
