At the bottom of the map view, a black marker icon with a dropdown menu allows you to switch to an order list view for convenience.

Our app empowers Delivery Partners and Distribution Partners to take swift action, starting with updating the order status to "on the way" as they head out for delivery.

Upon arrival at the retailer's location, the Delivery Partner or Distribution Partner hands over the items and collects an order pin from the retailer, confirming the transaction and marking the order as "completed."

Notably, Delivery and Distribution Partners cannot cancel orders—this responsibility rests solely with the retailer. This ensures that any order cancel is managed directly and efficiently by those who placed the order.
