Vitalize Care offers access to virtual coaching led by certified peer coaches who understand the unique challenges of working in healthcare. We are for both clinical and non-clinical team members.

Many of our coaches have worked in healthcare settings themselves, and also have experience coaching healthcare professionals. On our app, you can meet with coaches in either 1:1 or group settings. Some examples of topics you may explore include:

- Bearing witness to suffering
- Co-worker relationships
- Lack of autonomy in the healthcare workplace
- Restoring purpose in work
- Work-life balance

On the Vitalize app, you can also connect with peers who are facing similar challenges via text-based support groups, complete post-shift reflections, and access a large library of on-demand mindfulness content.
