El sistema tiene una falla: los premios suben de valor por inflacion, mientras que las recompensas recibidas no aumentan. Esto hace imposible canjear premios buenos, o planificar alcanzar uno. Por ejemplo, estuve 3 meses juntando puntos para un premio, cuando llegue a lo que necesitaba quise canjearlo, pero cuando entre al mall, el premio habia duplicado su valor. Me comunique con vitality Whatsapp y me indicaron que no se podia cambiar esto (pero el valor de los premios si se puede cambiar?)
