2026-07-25	DA*****	technical support is 🗑 don't bother buying this cameras . pay 1 year subscription and couldn't used the cloud costumers service never call me back I talk to 6 people differnt times and nobody call me back to fix the issue will never recomend it

2026-07-11	Sa*****	Not great! Doorbell starts recording only after the person is leaving, so you don't get a view of the person until they are down the st. Had my car vandalised, it didn't rec even when I was was stood next to it.After the last update 10 July 26, there is no night viewing live now. It flashes up for a second then disappears. The battery also only last a few weeks now. If the doorbell is pushed it rings 10 mins later after they have gone, and is so quiet you would need to be sat next to it to hear.

2026-07-03	ee*****	The latest update, messed up my cameras, it says wifi is off but it's not, to fix the issue just switch your cameras off then on and the issue will be fixed.

2026-06-30	Ti*****	the ap seems very buggy, the p7 vacuum is terrbible, always fails to find environment in perfect conditions. Bought brand new 2 months ago and has barely worked. the 24/7 help desk is usless and offers no real information, pretty sure its just Ai. Stay away!!!

2026-06-30	An*****	App stopped working for the security camera.. "Botslab stopped working" followed all the steps to uninstalling to reinstalling and that did not work. cant find help to solve this problem have had it for about a year..
