My experience: ⭐ For first week it was good and delivery was on time. From there on, they started to deliver the milk very late. Their app is so bad that we cannot add multiple addresses. Delivery partner's don't know how to check location and they keep on changing delivery partners everydày. So if you order milk in this, you have to keep sending location via WhatsApp to new person every day and keep wating for him for an hour to arrive so that you can have milk.

Very bad experience with the customer care team and provilac team. They will not allow users to recharge through credit card , they have option to recharge but not allowing to recharge through same. And when asked to the team they reply , like Today IT team is on leave , we can't do anything sorry. Even if the wallet gone to negative balance by 50 or 100, they directly stop your milk. Not at all happy with the service.
