When installing the app, you need to choose its function.

If you are the venue hosting the events or an event planner, you can:

> Define different spaces and table layouts.

> Generate PDFs of your spaces and layouts.

> Associate the most suitable space and layout with your clients for their events.

> The app is free, and you pay per event (trial required) and for extra spaces or rooms (2 initially).

> If the client cancels their app subscription, the event will be recovered.

> It is also recovered if the event is canceled within two months of its creation.

If you are the client hosting the event:

> Once accepted, you can create the guest list with the app or use Excel spreadsheets directly from the app, use them externally, and import them later.

> Define different guest layouts within the given space and layout.

> Generate PDFs and Excel spreadsheets of the layouts created. >> The app is free and there are no costs.
