No access to customer service after a few tries. Cheap when I got it, but if a VPN doesn't conceal you and they also share your data, Lose Them. 2023-05-21	Ar*****	I've the old app installed and saw there was this updated one. Installed It everything seemed great. No internet connection at all. Closed it out, still no connection. Installed it and opened the old app, everything is fine. Idk what's wrong with this one but Im sticking to the old one. Idk why there's an entirely new app instead of an update. Canceled auto renewal and bought a new VPN. This one keeps disconnecting and constantly crashes on PC. Says I'm protected but it's not at all.

2023-04-26	Je*****	I have been using VS for about a year or so with no issues. Recently, I had a connectivity issue from a recent update which caused the app to not work properly. I contacted their support and they were immediately responsive with trouble shooting solutions. Unfortunately it didn't solve the problem. They immediately elevated my ticket and I was contacted again very quickly with a solution and they took care of me as a customer. A+ for customer support, service and the fix. Works great! Thank you.

2023-03-18	Jo*****	Haven't been able to connect any of my devices to Virtual Shield secure connection for over 9 months now since last update to app. Unable to connect to their Customer Support for help during that same period. This application had been erratic at times before that, but at least it worked most of the time if you didn't try to change any settings. It has been a total waste of my time and money since the last update.

2023-03-13	Mi*****	the stability is not good, at all. I used this app because TimCast, it was suggested, so I gave it a try. it started out pretty well but updates made it very basic, to the point your POI is very limited, literally no Dark Web to go off grid completely. and worst of all is some times it freezes up your net making you exposed cause you have to reset and sometimes it exposes you making it seem you're still on, when it's actually off. it's affordable but don't get comfortable, have back ups.

2022-12-19	Ka*****	Works fine on my android device's. My windows laptop it sucks. I have had to re-install five or six times. I have to restart my laptop at least two times before it will connect. I will tell you the online as support is really good just wish I didn't have to contact them so often. Im not sure if Windows is screwing with them or what. When my term is up I will change to different VPN.

2022-12-09	Al*****	Updated It had a bunch of issues months back after a major update. It took a while but it seems to be working as it should now. It's probably 95+% of where is was before, the only issue I've noticed is that it doesn't always keep the VPN going seamlessly when going from WiFi to cellular and back so I have to have to remember to manually reconnect or go unprotected. The really unfortunate change is and the reason for 4 stars, is that you can no longer choose the exact city to connect to.

Sometimes I can get it going again with uninstalls/reinstalls and phone restarts, but this is very tiresome and not always effective. There is no way to disable the VPN for Sonos (another horrible app) or other apps which will not work with this VPN. When this software dropped, my VPN quit working until I updated. Once I did, it took the staff at VS 3 weeks to make this app work correctly. For 3 weeks I had to download a free VPN service (which I will switch to after my subscription ends with VS) while VS got their %$#@ together. NOT impressed.
