Flex Fast

There are a LOT of fasting apps out there. But none that does everything I'd want — or they charge you an arm and a leg for it. So I built my own. Entirely free, ad-supported to keep the lights on (I kept the ads as non-intrusive as I could).
Flex Fast started as a fasting timer. It's grown into a full health tracking dashboard for people doing intermittent fasting, keto, or just trying to keep an eye on their body.
FASTING TIMER

Track your fasting windows, get notified when your fast starts or ends, and follow your streaks over time.
KETO JOURNAL & NUTRITION

Log your daily meals and macros. Connect Health Connect to pull in your nutrition data automatically.
BODY TRACKING

Log your weight, body fat, lean body mass, and body measurements (waist, hips, arms, chest, thighs). Sync with Health Connect or enter everything manually.
BLOOD GLUCOSE & KETONES

Log your glucose and ketone readings directly in the app. Glucose syncs with Health Connect to keep your data consistent across devices.
ACTIVITY & SLEEP

See your steps, calories burned, and sleep hours alongside your fasting data. Steps and active calories come from Health Connect. Sleep hours can also be entered manually if you prefer.
ANALYTICS & WIDGETS

Charts to track your progress over time, home screen widgets for a quick glance, and cloud sync so your data is always safe.
Health Connect is optional and off by default. You can accept or deny each permission individually — everything else keeps working either way.
