Es un muy buen servicio para una ciudad como Buenaventura. Sin embargo, pienso que no se está aprovechando en nada el hecho de contar con una aplicación móvil. Hay muchas funciones que se le pueden integrar. De hecho, estas aparentan estar en la aplicación pero no están disponibles. Actualmente es casi que igual a un servicio de taxis por WhatsApp. Es una app pensada en vender un producto pero no en como el usuario puede compartir su experiencia e irregularidades en el servicio.

The best way to catch a cab. The drivers are prompt, courteous and professional. The taxis are immaculate and comfortable. The fares are reasonable and clear for such excellent service. The app is easy to use with a seamless interface. Definitely recommend.
