2022-03-02	Um*****	Never ever order from these scammers. I placed an order worth 110 usd in November 2021 but still didn't get it. They didn't even give any tracking number. The whatsapp support keep replying the same automated messages. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY

2021-11-06	mo*****	How can such a Fraudulent buisness operate via Google Play Store platform , Shocking. lts been more than 5 months that i m waiting for my shipment that i ordered via this app. I have not received my shipment till now. Customer service is very bad , they keep on lying , they will never give you the tracking number of the shipment. They are not even ready to cancel your order and refund you the amount. And I paid 200 $ I think I lost them for good.

Although they do not have a mail or a phone number to call them and express our objection..seriously i think they are a pitching company...i wish i can return my money back but how if they do not put a number to contact...

2021-10-03	Na*****	Absolutely terrible. My first order took a month to arrive. My second order has not arrived. It's been 5 months and still nothing. I emailed and whatsap for a refund but they stopped replying to me. Do not purchase from these scammers.

2021-07-15	ma*****	If it's up to me I will give them zero star, the time spent waiting and customer service are the worst I've ever experienced and I have experienced plenty. Do not use their services is my advice to anyone who comes across this app, they are the worst!

2021-07-03	kh*****	Don't use or buy from them, they are liers. I am waitting my shipment tracking number for almost a monthe and didn't get it untill now, and their support are the worst ever. Update 3/7/2021 : Didn't recive my order neither my money, as they refuse to cancel my order after all this delay.

2021-04-27	Al*****	Never buy in this app. They are FRAUD and SCAM. Your oder will take morethan 2 months for you to received it. No tracking number and packaging is worst. You will received different item without prior notice. You will received sub item which is 5% coat of what you paid. No Customer service at all. Unprofessional seller.hard to reach.

Their customer service I would regard as average before but now I have been robbed me. They deserve to be arrested and exposed for robbing their customers. VIP brands if you're reading this... Have some shame and return the money you have taken from us.
