Stay away! worst customer service, they do not have a phone number to reach them. Only chat, they stop responding as soon as they feel they run out of excuses. I booked a hotel, But comes that day my flight was canceled. When I chat them, they told me that I booked a non refundable booking, it's going to be up to the hotel to decide if they want to give me a refund, and if they do I will only get 70%... The hotel told me that they are OK with the refund, but they never tried getting a refund
