VinylDesk: Vinyl Records & DJ

VinylDesk is the app for record collectors, vinyl DJs and record sellers. Your record collection in your pocket, a DJ crate that knows BPM and key, and record sales from price label to card payment.

AT A RECORD FAIR: DO I HAVE THIS ONE?
Scan the barcode or take a photo of the label and you know at once: in your collection, on your wantlist, or new. Open its Discogs page to see what it sells for, play it in Spotify, and add it to your collection with folder and condition in one tap.

Three workspaces, one account: Collector, DJ and Sales. A record you catalogue is the same record you play or sell, so nothing is entered twice.

COLLECTOR: YOUR VINYL COLLECTION IN YOUR POCKET
• Connect Discogs and your collection and wantlist are on your phone, folders included
• Search your records without a signal: in a record shop, a cellar or at a fair
• Add LPs and singles by barcode scan, label photo or catalogue search
• Folders and sleeve and media condition are saved back to Discogs
• Two copies of the same release? Each has its own page, condition and label
• Print labels with a QR code on ordinary label sheets, straight from the phone
• No Discogs account? Collector works without one too

DJ: A CRATE THAT KNOWS WHAT MIXES NEXT
• BPM and key are looked up when you add a track
• Not in any database? Let the phone listen for about 20 seconds: it measures tempo and key. The audio stays on your phone
• Now Playing: tracks in your crate that match in key (Camelot wheel, harmonic mixing) and tempo, with the pitch change you need
• Live BPM and key: leave the phone next to the mixer and see the tempo and key of what is playing. Free, also after the trial
• Your own BPM tolerance, with or without key lock
• Mark tracks as played and keep track of a night

SALES: FROM THE CRATE TO THE TILL
• Put records in stock from your collection, by barcode, label photo or search
• Grade and price them. AI can suggest a grade from your photos; you decide
• Print price labels with a QR code and scan them into the cart
• Cash, bank transfer, or card on your own SumUp reader (Solo, Solo Lite or Air)
• The cart works offline; sales sync when you are online again
• Sold records leave your stock, your collection and Discogs by themselves
• See what is for sale, what is sold, or both

AI CREDITS
Reading a label from a photo and suggesting a condition use AI Credits. Every plan includes credits each month, and you see your balance in Settings and on the label scan. Looking up BPM and key and syncing your collection use none.

FREE FOR 7 DAYS, THEN YOU CHOOSE
Every new account starts with 7 days of everything, with no payment card. After that you pick a plan for the workspaces you use. Without a plan your account is read-only and nothing is deleted. In DJ, Now Playing, the mixing suggestions and live BPM and key keep working.

GOOD TO KNOW
• Card payments need your own SumUp account and card reader, with Bluetooth and location on (SumUp requires both). VinylDesk never sees card details.
• Camera: for barcodes, label QR codes and record photos.
• Microphone: only when you measure BPM and key. The audio is analysed on your phone and never uploaded.
