Estremamente frustante l'applicazione non permette accesso remoto riutilizzando le proprie credenziali, se cambi o resetti telefono unico metodo per riavere accesso é quello di trovarsi fisicamente vicino al citofono. Contattato assistenza ma email associata al dispositivo non risulta nei loro elenchi, ma come é possibile se ancora in utilizzo sul vecchio smartphone? Software estremamente limitato, assistenza inesistente, device costosi che creano solo problemi, statene alla larga se potete.

Since the last update haven't been able to access my account. It worked fine until then. I put my email in and it won't even acknowledge my email address so I have no way to my account. Is there another to fix this? Very frustrated.

Works most of the time, but confusing UI, slow loading (takes 5-10 seconds just to connect to open your door), and stupid maintenance periods during which you can't open your door or operate the app. Crazy stuff.
