I am a Trans World Customer...Very disappointing on their inflexible policy! When customers travel overseas or are not home for two/three or more months,TW should offer an “Account Hold” or "Temporary Suspension" option instead of forcing them to pay the "Full Monthly Fee" for a service they are not using. Other service providers offer this basic customer-friendly flexibility, and even my Car Insurance Company reduces charges when a vehicle is parked and not being driven. TW..! Please change

the app is a useless app. u can do nothing from it except download invoice and pay. there are buttons to increase or decrease speed plans but they are just dummy buttons that do not work
